COVID-19 has claimed six more lives in Jamaica, pushing the death toll from the contagious respiratory illness to 107. A 28 year old man from St. Catherine is among the fatalities. The other cases include a 77 year old man from St. Elizabeth, two men aged 59 and 70, who lived in Kingston & St. Andrew, and three men from St. Catherine, whose ages range from 52 to 59. The Ministry of Health & Wellness says another four deaths are under investigation. Jamaica also recorded 74 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, increasing the case count to 6,482. Those infected are from two months to 87 years old. The health ministry says there are 4,419 active cases in Jamaica.
